Remote online notarization allows you to securely sign and notarize documents over the internet using live audio-video. You do not need to be physically present with the notary. Instead, your identity is verified digitally, and documents are signed and stamped with an electronic seal.
How the Process WorksVerify your identity: Upload your ID and answer personal history questions the notary asks. Upload documents: Submit the PDF file you need notarized. Connect on video: Speak with our licensed notary over a webcam session. Sign and download: Apply your electronic signature and download the completed notarized document. Our Remote Notary will do the best to accomodate your needs, offering on-demand access and an open schedule.
We offer sessions for a flat rate of around $30 per document.
We may use softwear such as DocuSign. It will be discussed with our notary how the digital notarization for agreements and contracts will be conducted.
