Refund requests
After 60 days of your application and/or payment being received via our website or mail, no refunds will be given.
Within 31-60 days of your application and/or payment being received via our website or mail, a 50% refund will be given.
Within 30 days of your application and/or payment being received via our website or mail, a refund will be given less a $50 service fee.
Notaries.com cannot refund notary bond premium, errors & omissions premium or state fees if your notary application is already in process at the state. ANY NOTARY EDUCATION, SIGNING AGENT COURSE OR BACKGROUND CHECK IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
Once your request is approved by our accounting department, it will be processed within 10 business days.
Mobile Notary Refund Policy
We at Diverse World LLC Public Notary understand that circumstances may arise that require a client to cancel or reschedule their mobile notary appointment. In order to ensure that we can continue to provide reliable and timely services to all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
If a client needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment, we request that they do so at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. This allows us to adjust our schedule and potentially offer the appointment slot to another client.
Appointments cannot be cancelled within 2 hours of the appointment.
At Finest Mobile Notary, we understand the importance of transparency and clear communication when it comes to notary services. To ensure that our clients are aware of our policies and fees, we require all payments to be made in full before a mobile notary appointment can be scheduled, whether online or by phone. In the event that you place a phone order or book online with our agency and request to cancel an appointment for any reason after payment is remitted there will be no refunds.
Additionally, our notaries are committed to providing prompt and reliable service to our clients. However, if a notary is in transit or arrives at the signing location and the signing is unable to occur for any reason, no refunds will be issued back to the cardholder. It is essential to understand that by proceeding with payment, clients confirm that they have read and agreed to our fees and terms of service.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will make every effort to work with our clients to accommodate changes in their schedules. However, we ask that clients provide as much notice as possible in the event that they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows us to provide the best possible service to all of our clients and ensure that we can continue to provide everyone with high-quality mobile notary services.

Notary Refunds
Notarization Services
Once the notary service has been performed and completed, refunds cannot be issued. Our notarization process is thorough and final, ensuring that all documents are legally certified. Since notarization is a legal affirmation of the authenticity of the documents and the signatures therein, we cannot retract the service once it has been rendered. Please ensure that all your documents are correct and complete before proceeding with the notarization service.
Account Subscriptions
We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a flexible refund policy for our subscription services. Subscribers wishing to cancel their account subscription may contact us within thirty days of payment to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, no services from the subscription plan should have been utilized within this period.
Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe, subject to our review and confirmation that no services have been provided. We reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is determined that services have indeed been used within the thirty-day period.
